A new study from Cornell University finds brides-to-be are more concerned with weight loss than anything else. Some go to extremes to pull it off, but many of those drastic methods do more harm than good.Emily Cummings has found the perfect dress with the perfect fit for her wedding day. But she doesn't plan on using a crash diet like most in the Cornell study."Maybe if I had like flabby arms then I'd want to but no, not at the moment," she said.But many say diet pills, laxatives, or induced vomiting are all part of getting their weight down. "When they're fitting, cause a lot of time they might be bigger or smaller so if we have to hold it cause they're bigger, they're always like 'no, I'm going to loose weight, don't worry," said Spybaby Bridal Manager Carrie Maxian. Now if you're worried about trying to look thinner and you don't want to try one of those extreme diets, look for a dress that has roushing.
